Privacy notice
Your details and this website
Last updated 16 October 2026
Information you give us
If you join the interest list, we receive your first and last name, email address, mobile number, the type of space you are considering, whether you plan to occupy or invest, and any note you add. If you arrived through a campaign link, we also record its source tags.
Why we hold it
We use it only to keep you informed about this tower: to send the launch pack, answer your questions and follow up through the channels you agreed to. Your details are never sold, and they are not handed to unrelated companies.
How it reaches us
Submissions are sent to us by email through the EmailJS service. We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for your enquiry or any purchase that follows, or for longer where the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by replying to any message from us.
About this site
This is an independent information site. It is not operated by Devmark or by the brand partner behind the project, and “Berkeley Tower” is a working name.
